Ice Cream/Blue Reversible Racerback Tank Dress

This dress is double sided, reversible, one side is ice cream and the other is light blue. The fabric is pre-washed, super comfortable and stretchy. It is made out of 95% cotton and 5% spandex, handmade in Canada and fabric made in the USA.
